On a college shirt quilt top
Here is a (not so good ) picture of a partially finished quilt top. It turned out to be a college collage of various shirts, t-shirts, and printed extras thrown in to a quilt top. I plan to add borders to make it larger, and to back it with either flannel or fleece. I want a high loft batting too, as I want this quilt to be a useable and snuggly one!
I needed a few extra things for this quilt, so I scanned and printed my diploma, a grad pic, and a few bumper stickers that I kept.
Welcome to my blog--it is mainly craft related, but it is a mixture of miscellaneous happenings as well. I live in the great Pacific Northwest, happily, rain and all! I am a multi-tasker by trade, enjoy quilting along with some beading, knitting, and general fiber art when I get a wild hair. I am also a homeschooling parent, but will likely not write much on that here. Enjoy!
