On House Remodeling Projects
We are getting closer to being finished with the major projects on the house. The “before” picture was taken in 2002, pre windows, door, balcony removed, roof, driveway repaved. This spring I will have some minor landscaping to do for flower beds, along with new gutters, but for the most part, we are about finished with the front. It feels really good to have the image I had in my head actually come alive. We’d like to put on a decorative railing for the porch, and possibly a path in front leading to the side of the house. I am very pleased with the quality of construction I have received from the roofer, the business doing concrete work, and the roof addition. I would recommend those three businesses to anyone!

Welcome to my blog--it is mainly craft related, but it is a mixture of miscellaneous happenings as well. I live in the great Pacific Northwest, happily, rain and all! I am a multi-tasker by trade, enjoy quilting along with some beading, knitting, and general fiber art when I get a wild hair.
